B2 Café began in 1991 in Tallahassee, Florida as Bagel Bagel Café, “A Place So Nice We Named It Twice.” John Stout, founder of the original concept, created the idea based on skills he accumulated while working and managing a diverse number of restaurants across the U.S.

Our menu expanded adding signature sandwiches such as the “Wine & Cheese,” the “RBCC” and the ”Florida Club.” And the rest, as they say, is history.

With the purchase of the restaurants by the Winsteads, the original Café has evolved to become B2 Café, with an eclectic collection of customer favorites.

From bagel melts and breakfast wraps, to salads, soups and specialty dishes, B2 Café continues to offer quality products, excellent service and incredible value.

Today, our attention to detail and innovative offerings have provided our franchisees with exceptional financial opportunity in the growing fast-casual dining category, and our employees with a solid career path to their own success.
